The Furniture Experience & More

A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE

What is The Furniture Experience? Haven House Services is proud to introduce a pre-owned furniture and household store to the community. This retail store provides a unique opportunity for consumers to purchase merchandise for their homes or businesses at an affordable price while giving back to the community by enabling our organization to better serve at-risk-youth.

Revenue generated from this project will enable our organization to:

  • Serve more at-risk youth and their families.
  • Expand existing programs for youth currently enrolled in our programs.
  • Create new programs to assist youth.

The Furniture Experience will also provide employment for youth currently enrolled in our programs as well as vocational training. The merchandise sold in our store will consist of items donated from individuals and businesses. This merchandise will also benefit our homeless clients, who are provided housing by our agency, by allowing them to obtain furniture at no cost.

What items can be donated to The Furniture Experience? All items must be in the best possible condition and immediately reusable.

The Furniture Experience store does not accept any items with missing pieces, broken, torn, unstable, generally run-down, or dirty. Please be mindful of the condition of your items before scheduling a pick-up time. This will prevent us from picking up items that we will have to discard. In addition to furnishings, our store also accepts household items. Your donation is tax deductible for the fair market value. We will provide you with a receipt for your tax records.
