Battle of the Bags 2023
Battle of the Bags is Raleigh’s biggest charity cornhole tournament. It is a family-friendly event, and we are expecting this year’s tournament to sell out fast. Last year, more than 150 people attended the afternoon event, which includes a DJ, a silent auction, raffle, kids’ activity tent, and more. This year, the event will be held on Sunday, June 4th at Haven House Services’ agency headquarters at 1008 Bullard Court, Raleigh, NC 27615.
Our cornhole tournament is a fun way for businesses and individuals to support the work of Haven House Services! The tournament starts as pool play with the top 2 teams from each group advancing to a single-elimination bracket. Winners receive trophies and a cash prize (see rules for more information). Registration begins at 12 p.m. with the tournament beginning promptly at 1 p.m. Typically, the championship game is played around 5 p.m.
There will be food trucks and a beverage truck (Bond Brothers) on site. There will also be a kids’ activity tent, a balloon twister and glitter tattoos from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., a caricature artist from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., and The Poetry Fox from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

All sponsorships include entry for one or more teams. Sponsorships are all part of Haven House’s 2023 Partner Program so sponsors receive more than one-day recognition. View our Sponsorship Opportunities or click the above to learn more. A limited number of non-sponsor team registrations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for $50 per team. See button above to sign up a team. We expect the event to sell out so please register soon. We do not expect to have space for day-of-event team registrations.
