Resumen:
Responsible for the delivery of evidence-based clinical interventions and clinical assessments to youth ages 13-18 who are referred for treatment of problematic sexual behaviors.
Funciones y responsabilidades específicas del puesto:
• Deliver PSB CBT A treatment to adolescents and their families with model fidelity standards and clinical protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments with PSB-CBT A model components.
• Facilitate individual adolescent group and caregiver therapy sessions.
• Facilitate caregiver group therapy sessions.
• Facilitate individual adolescent and family sessions when clinically appropriate.
• Keep accurate documentation of all clinical and supportive tasks, to include meeting all internal and regulatory guidelines related to record management.
• Complete required assessments and measurement tools.
• Consult with referring sources/systems and coordinates with other service providers.
• Maintain appropriate contacts with regulatory agencies and community referral sources; informs stakeholders of progress made from point of referral to point of discharge and leads collaboration efforts to problem solve barriers to accessing program services.
• Participate in evidence-based model training, individual and team supervision, and consultation activities.

• Other duties as assigned.
Requisitos mínimos:
• Master’s degree in a clinical field from an accredited institution.
• Licensed or provisionally licensed (or eligible).
• Credentialed or eligible for credentialing with Medicaid plans in Wake County.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with adolescents in a clinical setting / Experience with the PSB CBT A treatment model is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish language a plus.
Conocimientos, habilidades y aptitudes:
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care approaches.
• Comfort discussing sexual development/behavior with adolescents and caregivers.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess risk and protective factors.
• Group facilitation and/or presentation skills.
• Experience with client documentation and file management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Otros requisitos:
• Completes and maintains PSB CBT A certification from agency approved trainers.
• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.
• Personal vehicle for use in conducting home visits and/or transporting clients in the event agency vehicles aren’t available.
• Proof of current/valid car insurance.
• Acceptable background report.
• Negative drug screen results.

Remuneración:
$40/Hour
