Summary:

Haven House Services is seeking a licensed clinician interested in working for a youth serving non-profit looking to grow outpatient therapy services. We are in immediate need of licensed clinicians (LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT) to serve Medicaid insurance and self-pay clients. Prior credentialing is not necessary, as we can fully assist with this process on your behalf. Marketing, administrative, and billing team support provided so clinicians can prioritize patient care. 

Clinicians are assigned a caseload that matches their preferences and areas of expertise. We serve children, adolescents, young adults up to age 24 and families, and help match you and potential clients, providing referrals when necessary. 

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Be a team player, take initiative, motivated and trained in evidenced based practices 
  • Have experience working with children/adolescents.  
  • Available at least 2 evenings/week (until 7p) 
  • Willing to see a minimum of 12 clients a week 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s (Required) 
  • License/Certification: North Carolina: LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT

  • A Billing and Admin team that will handle scheduling, billing questions, claim follow up 
  • Paid staff training when needed 
  • Credentialing and contracting with insurance if needed. 

Work Environment:

  • Remote, with opportunities for use of in office space 

Compensation:

Compensation: This is a 1099 independent contractor position.  Compensation is structured as a 60/40 split where Haven House receives 60% of the amount billed and collected to cover administrative, billing and overhead costs.  The therapist receives 40% of the amount billed and collected.
