Overnight Awake Counselor (TBD) (Full-Time)

Haven House Services is looking for a Residential Counselor who facilitates a safe and therapeutic residential environment for youth in crisis, working as a member of a team to oversee shelter operations and provide direct care services.

Problem Sexual Behavior Clinician ($40/HR) (Part-Time)

Responsible for the delivery of evidence-based clinical interventions and clinical assessments to youth ages 13-18 who are referred for treatment of problematic sexual behaviors.

Clinical Director ($85K-95K) (Full-Time)

Provides strategic and operational leadership for the agency’s mental health programs, ensuring services are high-quality, compliant, and responsive to the needs of youth and families (Outpatient Program, Juvenile Assessment Team Program, and Multi Systemic Therapy Program). 

Out-Patient Therapy Licensed Clinician (Contract) (Remote)

Haven House Services is seeking a licensed clinician interested in working for a youth serving non-profit looking to grow outpatient therapy services. We are in immediate need of licensed clinicians (LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT) to serve Medicaid insurance and self-pay clients. Prior credentialing is not necessary, as we can fully assist with this process on your behalf. Marketing, administrative, and billing team support provided so clinicians can prioritize patient care. 

Clinicians are assigned a caseload that matches their preferences and areas of expertise. We serve children, adolescents, young adults up to age 24 and families, and help match you and potential clients, providing referrals when necessary. 

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Be a team player, take initiative, motivated and trained in evidenced based practices 
  • Have experience working with children/adolescents.  
  • Available at least 2 evenings/week (until 7p) 
  • Willing to see a minimum of 12 clients a week 

Juvenile Assessment Team Licensed Clinician ($55K-65K) (Full-Time)

Responsible for the delivery of clinical interventions and clinical assessments to youth and families.

Major Gifts Officer ($75K+) (Full-Time)

Haven House Services is seeking a Major Gifts Officer to formalize and grow our major gifts program to foster deep and meaningful relationships with donors seeking to impact our mission.

Working closely with the Chief Development Officer, the Resource Development Team, and agency leadership, this position will lead major donor prospecting and engagement while managing a portfolio of individuals capable of making significant philanthropic investments. This role is ideal for a strategic, relationship-driven fundraiser who thrives on connecting donor passions to mission impact.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position with the possibility of a hybrid working schedule (see working environment).

Weekend Residential Counselor ($17/HR) (Part-Time)
