Haven House Services is looking for a Residential Counselor who facilitates a safe and therapeutic residential environment for youth in crisis, working as a member of a team to oversee shelter operations and provide direct care services.
TheDirector of Annual GivingisanessentialpartoftheResourceDevelopmentteamatHavenHouseServices, working collaboratively with the Chief Development Officer and RD Team to develop, implement, and evaluate Haven House’s year-round fundraising program. Key duties include the planning and execution of a successful peer-to-peer giving annual campaign, year-end giving campaign, and annual executive challenge campaign.
Haven House Services is seeking a relationship-driven Major Gifts Officer to build and lead the organization’s major gifts program. Working closely with the Chief Development Officer, Director of Annual Giving, agency leadership, and volunteer leaders, the Major Gifts Officer will develop meaningful donor relationships that deepen engagement and inspire transformational philanthropy.
The Major Gifts Officer serves as Haven House’s lead strategist and relationship manager for major individual giving. This position is responsible for donor qualification, portfolio management, moves management, major gift cultivation and solicitation, and planned giving integration. The successful candidate will create systems and strategies that move donors through the philanthropic pipeline while aligning donor passions with Haven House’s mission and strategic priorities.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position with the possibility of a hybrid working schedule (see working environment).
Haven House Services is seeking a licensed clinician interested in working for a youth serving non-profit looking to grow outpatient therapy services. We are in immediate need of licensed clinicians (LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT) to serve Medicaid insurance and self-pay clients. Prior credentialing is not necessary, as we can fully assist with this process on your behalf. Marketing, administrative, and billing team support provided so clinicians can prioritize patient care.
Clinicians are assigned a caseload that matches their preferences and areas of expertise. We serve children, adolescents, young adults up to age 24 and families, and help match you and potential clients, providing referrals when necessary.
The ideal candidate will:

Have experience working with children/adolescents.
