Jessica joined Haven House in 2011 and became Director of Human Resources in 2021. She obtained her professional human resources certification in 2022. Prior to moving into human resources, Jessica served as the supervisor of our Multi-Systemic Therapy program.

She has a Bachelor’s from UNC Charlotte and a Master’s in Counseling from Webster University.

Outside of Haven House, Jessica enjoys walking her dog, SnoopDog, taking small short hikes, bike riding, puzzling, reading, laughing, hanging with friends, hanging with her son and nieces and nephews, and road trips. She’s a busy traveler – some of her favorite places are the Bay Area in CA, San Antonio, TX and Costa Rica She hopes to get to Africa in the next year!
