Patricia joined Haven House in 2007 and was named Chief Operating Officer in 2017. In her role she leads the day-to-day operations of all agency programs and services and oversees compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. Prior to becoming COO Patricia served as Director of Diversion Programs at Haven House Services.

Patricia has more than 20 years of experience working with youth and families across the mental health and juvenile justice systems in North Carolina and South Florida. Her work includes implementing proven, evidence-based practices that support positive outcomes for youth.

Patricia holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami and is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina.
Outside of Haven House, Patricia spends her time reading, hiking, traveling (favorite places: Madrid, London & Granada), throwing dinner parties, and crafting. She is married and has three adult daughters (and a very loved ‘new-ish’ grandbaby).
