Program Director – Street Outreach & Transition in Place

Kelsey joined Haven House in 2001 and became the Program Director for Street Outreach and Transition in Place in 2016. In this role, she supervises Street Outreach and Transition in Place staff, coordinates community outreach events and engagement activities, and manages grants. In addition, Kelsey serves on local COC committees and as HMIS Agency Lead.

In her long history at Haven House, some of Kelsey’s prior roles include volunteer, receptionist, RCS Team Leader, Director of Mentoring, and Crisis and Homelessness Services Director.

Kelsey holds a Bachelor’s from North Carolina State University.

Outside of Haven House, Kelsey enjoys visiting Lake Gaston with family and doing water activities, shopping, and trying new foods (Mexican and Italian, particularly good pizza, are some favorites!) Kelsey is married with two teenage children, Zoe and Landon.
