Thank you for volunteering to support Haven House Services by being a fundraiser for our 50 Hours of Giving campaign. We appreciate your gift of time and effort. Learn more about campaign training and volunteer thank you and networking events below.

Note: All virtual meetings will be conducted using Teams. All in person events will be held at Haven House Services’ main office: 1008 Bullard Court, Raleigh, 27615

We encourage all volunteers, both new and returning, to attend one of our 50 Hours of Giving trainings. These 20 minute trainings will walk you through how to use your personal fundraising page, answer any questions you have about how to use your share kit, and learn more about how to be a successful fundraiser.

  • If you are unable to attend any of these trainings, we will provide you with a recording of the first event.


We are holding two drop-in events to say thank you to all of our volunteers, give facility tours, and provide opportunities for networking and community building. We encourage you to bring your laptop and stick around for a little while to send out your campaign emails as well.

Prospective Volunteers - Why Join

We’re a team!
You will meet board members and other community supporters.

We make it easy!
We create a fundraising page for you to use during our 50 Hours of Giving running from October 3-5. We give you sample emails and posts to use!

Raise what you can
through your personal gift and your networks. There is no minimum fundraising requirement.

Have 2 hours to share?
We are asking for a minimum of one hour to reach out to your network via email, social media, text, etc., and one hour to follow up.

Want to get more involved?
Optional volunteer and networking opportunities are offered including events during the 50 hours at Haven House where you can join other volunteers in sending out/following up on asks to your network.

We’re flexible!
If our 50 Hours of Giving dates don’t work for you, no worries! You can raise funds and attend Annual Campaign events from September 25th to October 27th. You can reach out to your network about supporting our work whenever it is most convenient for you!

Why Me?

Volunteering with our Annual Campaign is a great way to learn a lot about Haven House in a short time and help make a real difference by raising critical operating funds Haven House needs to help youth in our community.

Regardless of whether you are just starting out in your career, are an established professional, or are retired, we will find a great team for you to join – or you can create your own!
