Summary Haven House Services is seeking a licensed clinician interested in working for a youth serving non-profit looking to grow outpatient therapy services. We are in immediate need of licensed clinicians (LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT, LMFTA) to serve Medicaid insurance and self-pay clients. Prior credentialing is not necessary, as we can fully assist with this process on your behalf. Marketing, administrative, and billing team support provided so clinicians can prioritize patient care. Clinicians are assigned a caseload that matches their preferences and areas of expertise. We serve children, adolescents, young adults up to age 24 and families, and help match you and potential clients, providing referrals when necessary. | ||
The ideal candidate will: Be a team player, take initiative, motivated and trained in evidenced based practices Have experience working with children/adolescents, and young adults. Have experience with timely documentation requirements and completing assessments Availability during after school hours, evenings, and weekends Available at least 2 evenings/week (until 7p) Willing to see a minimum of 10 clients a week As part of this contract position, you can expect: A collaborative team and management that is committed to our therapist’s growth and work-life balance. Minimum qualifications: · · Master’s degree in clinical field from an accredited institution · Licensed or provisionally licensed clinicians (LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT, LMFTA) · Credentialed or eligible for credentialing with Medicaid plans in Wake County | ||
Compensation: This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is structured as a 60/40 split where Haven House receives 60% of the amount billed and collected to cover administrative, billing and overhead costs. The therapist receives 40% of the amount billed and collected. | ||
