Patricia has been the Chief Operating Officer of Haven House Services since August 2017, although she has worked with the agency since August 2007. In this role she leads and manages the day to day operations of all of the agency’s services and programs and manages its compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. Previous to this she was the Director of Diversion Programs at the agency. She has over 20 years of experience working with youth and families within the mental health and juvenile justice fields, both in NC and in South Florida, as well as implementing best and evidence-based practices for youth. Patricia has a BA in Psychology from the University of Miami, a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami and is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in NC.
